• Gaming activity data: Retained for the lifetime of your account plus five (5) years, to support dispute resolution and regulatory audit obligations.
• Communications data (live chat, email): Retained for a period of two (2) years from the date of the communication, unless the communication relates to an unresolved dispute or a regulatory matter, in which case retention will continue until resolution.

12.1 pub 774 requires age verification during account registration and at the KYC stage. Accounts that cannot provide satisfactory proof of age will not be permitted to use the Platform's real-money gaming services.

12.2 If pub 774 becomes aware that Personal Data has been collected from a person under 21 years of age without proper verification, it will take immediate steps to delete that data and close the associated account. Any funds deposited through such an account will be returned to the originating payment source where technically possible.

14.1 pub 774 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in applicable law, regulatory requirements, Platform features, or our data processing practices.
